Meal hacks are easy meals that can be “assembled” versus prepared in advance. In this article, we explore snacks or small meals you can make using Fage 0% Greek Yogurt as a base. Each snack can be made quickly and a shopping list is provided at the end.
We’re all busy.
Even when I’m working from home, just feet from the kitchen, it can be challenging to take a long enough break to eat something healthy. But with these seven snack hacks, you can avoid chowing down on chips or reaching for the 3rd protein bar of the day...
Or double the "recipe" and make it a breakfast.
I think I run on Fage… Did you know one serving of this silky gold has 18 grams of protein?! I like the 0% version because I can add my own fats, often nut butters. But go for the 2% or full fat version if you prefer.
I also rely on Rice Krispies here. You can sub in most non-sugary cereals (Chex, Cheerios, Kix…) just be sure to check the nutrition facts. Greek yogurt not your thing? Check out more meal hacks here.
